Have not been playing too much yesterday. I think I played about 2-3 hours of NL100 headsup and lost 900. Ran quite bad and also was calling down a little too light against some guy who was probably just running very hot (causing me to overestimate his air frequencies). My second opponent was actually a very weak player, he was mostly opening 3X and 3betting me <10% of the time so my preflop strategy alone was supposed to be dominating his but I guess my spewiness postflop costed me 5 buy-ins against him.

At least today I had a great session. Was really sick of all the constant run-bad so I moved up to NL200 and had a very nice session. Many Russians were going apeshit in late position battles. I also did a couple of nice induce plays and won most of my flips with AK.
P.S. I noticed that I have some Russian readers – I mean no offence when I always talk about how your fellow countrymen always spazz (but it’s true, it happens all the time )  😀

1) Given the board texture and stack depth, I’m pretty sure that villain has a set. He cannot fold on the Turn because of pot odds and perhaps some implied odds but my plan was to fold on all board pairing rivers. I think I would have bet an inducing amount on a 4 club river. I’m fairly confident that he doesn’t have clubs in his range. On the River I have to bet small to induce spazz or a crying call from a set.

6) This guy had a solid image. IMO he overplayed his hand big time, he should have raised flop and bet Turn. River shove is just crazy, my turn continuation range = draws and A7+ so he doesn’t have any value at all.
